What Klarocast is

Klarocast is an IPTV player. It does not provide, sell or resell any content: you enter the credentials of a subscription you already have, or the URL of your playlist, yourself.

What we store

• your email address and a hash of your password, if you have created an account;
• the list of your connected devices (name, platform, date of last sign-in) and their session token;
• the credentials for your provider (server address, username, password), and the playlist or guide URLs you enter;
• your settings: profiles, favorites, playback progress, history, scheduled recordings, parental control.

What we don't do

• No catalog is collected or kept. The server never browses the content of your source.
• The video stream does not go through our servers: the app talks directly to your provider.
• No resale of data, no advertising network, no third-party trackers.

Using the app without an account

The app can be used without an email address. The corresponding anonymous account is deleted automatically after 180 days of inactivity.

Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, from this page or from the app's settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
